Based on the constitution, laws, and policies of China and countries in South and Southeast Asia and by the principles of voluntariness, equality, cooperation and mutual benefit, the Alliance is founded in order to establish long-term cooperation in the field of medical education, research, health service, to improve the quality of medical education and service between China and countries in South and Southeast Asia, which would make great contribution to the development of global medical education and health care.
